Today was my first day of work at Philip Security. This is my 3rd Job that I have been to. Feeling for this job was a little bit more deeper, and the expectation's were definitely much higher. Really hope that after 1 week, HR department will as promised raise it to $7/hr. After some briefing and orientation, Jack who is mentoring me, gave me a welcome lunch. This was my first time actually having a welcome lunch as the first day of work. This really made me feel that this is the actual working society I'm talking about. Shared a joke with Leslie just now about young ladies and old ladies who join the company, it sure is a great laugh! Workload were quite heavy, netherless, I really learnt alot. Well, at least I put my time to better use. Working kind of make me a happier person I guess. At least I get to meet new people, new character, and new faces! haha! Who knows maybe one day, the colleagues I have now, might be my future bosses! Got to know about the company's culture too, it's unbelievable!
Putting aside today's working experience, I want to say a big thanks to Joyce! Credits to her that I manage to find the office =) Thanks Joyce!!!
